We provide our best efforts to deliver all products as per the below timeframe:

 

Colombo City Limits: 01-03 working days

Suburbs: 01-03 working days

Outstation: 02-05 working days

 

Terms:

- Date of delivery may vary due delivery partner, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered

- Peak/holiday seasons or promotions or special events may result in delays in processing and dispatching orders

 

Shipping Fee

Shipping fee will vary based on your shipping location or value of your order being shipped. The table below indicates the current shipping costs:

 

Delivery Areas: 

Colombo City Limits: Rs.350

Suburbs: Rs.400

Outstation: Rs.450

 

Courier Partners

- We work with trusted and exceptional courier services to make sure your order is delivered safely on time

- Delivery times will be from Monday to Saturday and does not usually occur on Sundays & Mercantile Holidays

- Any orders placed on the weekends will be dispatched on Monday

- You will need to sign for the package upon receiving and provide your name, NIC, receiving date and time

- We will try our best to accommodate any special delivery instructions; however this may cause an extra delay from our normal delivery timings
